Domstübli is Hotel Dom***`s restaurant, characterised by a creative mix of retro-style and Valais timber romanticism, where dining is turned into a “coolinary” experience.

We offer typical Swiss home-style cooking, blended with our special “Dom” flavour. Where else would you, among the various Rösti dishes, find one named "Pearl of the Woods”?
